My favorite mechanic shop in town. Kind, professional, and 100% thorough. Always willing to answer my (many) questions, and I love the detailed pdf emailed to me with a list of recommendations and photos.

I had my car towed here after it stalled, and the service from day one was amazing. They could definitely tell how anxious I was about my car and were always communicative and understanding. I will definitely be coming here for any future issue or routine maintenance.

I have taken my cars to Alternative Auto Care for the last year, including for pre-purchase inspections, and am always thoroughly impressed with the service! They are honest, kind, informative, and thorough. They are always honest about whether work is really needed and when it's not (or not yet). I trust that they will always recommend what is truly in my best interest.

There’s nothing like trust when you need car repairs and don’t know anything about cars! AAC did a great job on my older Lexus and my daughter’s Honda. They have friendly and reliable service, and I trust them with the whole family’s cars. They even drove us home!

Stacey and Katie took excellent care of both me and my beloved Toyota. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were honest, thorough, and straightforward, which I really appreciated after past experiences elsewhere. This shop has absolutely earned my trust and loyalty. They made me feel cared for and valued, and I’m looking forward to coming back for future services ❤️
